As the owner and Responsible Officer of HFS Asset Management Ltd, David is licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong (CE. No. ABP498) to provide financial and product advice.
Having lived and worked in Hong Kong for three decades, David specialises in assisting Hong Kong-based expatriates to organise their financial management and investment planning affairs to make the best use of their expatriate status.
Working on a fee-for-advice basis, David chooses to engage with a relatively small group of clients. This approach optimizes advice for clients, adds greater value, and is more satisfying for both client and advisor. Many of David’s current client relationships have been in place for more than 20 years.
