David Bojan
Owner & Responsible Officer
David is the owner and Managing Director of H Capital, and in that capacity is Licensed as 'Responsible Officer' by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), the Insurance Authority (IA), and the Mandatory Provident Funds Authority (MPFA) in Hong Kong. He is also a Member of the Hong Kong Securities Institute.
In addition to David's management and regulatory responsibilities, he also personally manages the financial affairs of several key clients, some of whom have been clients for more than twenty five years.
Following senior advisory roles with Lloyds Broker, Sedgwick PFM in Birmingham, and Stockbroker Albert E. Sharp, David was headhunted by the IFA arm of Jardine Matheson who he joined in Hong Kong in 1993.
Following four highly successful years with Jardine, he became the Managing Director of Horwath Financial Services which was at the time a joint venture between David and Horwath Hong Kong Group.

A Taekwondo Black Belt who competed for Hong Kong in Korea in 2008, David now leads a slightly more sedate life walking and hiking the trails of Hong Kong, working out in the Gym, and is often seen letting off steam at speed in his RIB around the
amazing coast line of Clearwater Bay and Sai Kung!
